From Our Customers:

GZERO Additive has amazing customer service!! I called in with an urgent last minute print, and Michael worked around the clock to make sure that I got it done exactly the way I needed and by the deadline. Seriously, I cannot recommend them enough. I found them while panic googling fast 3D printing services and I’m so glad that I did. If you’re in the same boat, trust me and give them a call because they will do everything they possibly can to help you out!

I needed fixtures printed that required accuracy and a relatively quick turnaround time. The parts were printed and shipped right away with excellent quality and well within the required tolerance. I will definitely be using GZERO again for any rapid prototyping needs.

With your prices and speed, I will definitely be back again.

“GZERO has been fantastic to work with. Super helpful, reasonably priced, great customer service. Everything has been easy working with them!”

“I have been using GZERO print services for the last couple weeks and the experience has been very positive. They are very easy to work with and responsive to all my urgent needs. I am 3D printing hobbyist and usually print my own parts when at home if time allows, but while working in Cincinnati on a project they are my go-to print service!”

What we bring to the table

Experience

Our team has over 20 years of manufacturing experience. We’ve worked with sheet metal, CNC’d metals and plastics, injection molding, and nearly every commercial 3D printing technology. If we can’t get the job done, we will point you towards someone who can.

Reasonable Pricing

We don’t do instant quoting. Every request will be evaluated by a real person with over a decade in 3D printing. That means you get the best pricing on every job - Typically less than half of online instant quoting from our competitors.

The Small Business Touch

Call, text, email - however you prefer. Work directly with a real person who knows what’s going on, not an offsite customer support rep.

Materials

  • Models and Prototypes using our 3d printer

    PLA

    MODELS AND PROTOTYPES

PLA is one of the most popular plastics for general purpose printing.

    Advantages:

    - Excellent surface finish and crisp details
    - Fast printing
    - Bio-based
    - Inexpensive

  • Cost effective and fast to use when 3d printed with our 3d printers

    Recycled PETG

    MODELS AND PROTOTYPES

The most budget-friendly choice from models, prototypes, and light-to-medium duty functional parts. This is our favorite material for general-purpose prototyping.

    Advantages:

    - Lowest cost
    - Fast printing
    - Wide variety of translucent colors

  • An aesthetic vase printed by our 4310 3d printer model

    PETG

    MODELS AND PROTOTYPES

The next step up from PLA and Recycled PETG. Used when surface finish matters and PLA may not handle the heat. Our second most popular material behind Recycled PETG.

    Advantages

    - Excellent surface finish
    - Fast printing
    - Inexpensive

  • UV Resistant parts can be printed with out 3d printer

    UV PETG

    UV RESISTANT PARTS

Developed for printing medical equipment to undergo UV sterilization at the beginning of the COVID pandemic, this material is also useful for applications that will be exposed to direct sunlight for long periods of time.

    Advantages:

    - UV resistance
    - Fast printing

  • high strength material that can be printed with our 3d printer

    Carbon Fiber PETG

HIGHER STRENGTH AND STIFFNESS AT LOW COST

PETG-CF is stronger, stiffer, and lighter than regular PETG while being less expensive than the other fiber filled materials.

    Advantages:

    - Intermediate strength
    - Stiffer than unfilled PETG
    - Matte surface finish that hides layer lines

  • high performance parts can be made on our 3d printer with this material

    Nylon Carbon Fiber

    HIGH PERFORMANCE PARTS

Also known as PACF, this material combines the temperature capabilities and chemical resistance of nylon PA6 with the light weight and stiffness of carbon fiber.

    Advantages:

    - High Strength
    - 140*C (284*F) heat deflection temperature
    - Fast printing

  • Flame Retardant 3D printed PC/ABS blend

    Flame Retardant PC/ABS

UL 94 V-0 FLAME RETARDANT PRINTS

Combined with a halogen free flame retardant, parts printed with Ultrafuse® PC/ABS FR Black feature great tensile and impact strength, higher thermal resistance than ABS and can fulfill the requirements of the UL94 V-0 standard.

    Advantages:

    - High strength
    - Flame retardant
    - Halogen free

  • Kevlar reinforced Nylon 3D printed parts printed on a GZERO Additive 43 Series printer

    Nylon Kevlar
